1. Service Agreement

By using Huclampe's auto service facilities, you agree to these terms. All services are provided at our facility located at 10 Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur 50250, Malaysia.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash and card payments. Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Vehicle Liability

Huclampe is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. While we exercise reasonable care, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturing defects, or third-party parts failure.

4. Warranty

All work performed carries a 30-day warranty covering workmanship only. Original part warranties remain valid per manufacturer terms. Labor warranty excludes wear items and routine maintenance.

5. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic charges (RM 85) are applicable if no service is purchased. This fee is waived if you proceed with recommended repairs.

6. Data Protection

We collect vehicle and contact information solely for service purposes, complying with GDPR and Malaysian data protection standards. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Huclampe's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial damages.

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
